Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a welcoming manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling payments efficiently
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible serving policies to ensure guest safety
- Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in hospitality environments, particularly in a bar settings
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash flow
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with standard bar equipment and techniques is preferred
