** Background
These 12-month fixed-term posts have been created to support the enhancement of the University's partnership governance framework. A key focus will be the review, improvement and embedding of effective processes, controls and compliance arrangements to strengthen institutional assurance, improve operational efficiency and support the delivery of high-quality collaborative provision.
** Responsibilities
Working closely with partners, Schools and internal stakeholders, the role will evaluate current practice, identify opportunities for improvement and implement strengthened approaches to partnership monitoring, reporting and risk management.
The post holder will support the development of a more consistent and evidence-based framework for assuring academic quality, standards and compliance across partner-delivered provision.
** Person Specification
The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial experience of quality assurance and standards management within higher education, with particular expertise in partnership provision. They will possess a strong understanding of external regulatory requirements and sector best practice, alongside the ability to manage validation, review and governance activities that safeguard academic standards and enhance the student experience. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide authoritative advice on quality assurance, compliance and partnership governance matters
