Project Coordinator

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of assigned projects within our Rail division, with the main customer being Network Rail. This is an agile working role, with a requirement to be in the Warwick office one day per week.
What you’ll do:
- Day to day support to the project team to achieve project milestones.
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project support documentation, including Bill of Materials lists and site team logs
- Support and assist the Project Manager with updates to the Project Plan
- May be required to assist in scheduling staff to specified project activities
- Provide input to support financial performance reporting
- Support and assist the Project Team with material orders.
Who you are:
An ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated, able to work under their own initiative and an experience administrator.
Key Requirements:
- Competent use of Microsoft office packages
- Good communication
- Good attention to detail and accurate data input
- Awareness of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment regulations
- Awareness of Document Management Systems.
