What are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced, confident and customer-focused individual to join our branch teams in Loughborough.
About the role
This role is dedicated to providing a first-class service to our members in a face-to-face environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills to gain experience in a busy and highly regulated environment. A background in financial customer services or an associated sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
To be successful in this position, you will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude. Furthermore, you will have strong communication skills and confidence with IT systems and technology. You may also be required to work at alternative locations from time to time.
