Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including personal clients homes: This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
This is a self employed position
Must have a valid driving uk licence
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens etc
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with cleanliness standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in domestic cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and guests.
- A proactive approach to tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
