JM Socials is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new country pub, expanding our growing group of hospitality businesses. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Waiters / Bartenders to join our opening team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new venue launch, work with an experienced hospitality team, and grow your career within an ambitious and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining and drinking experience.
- Process cash and card payments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar and dining areas.
- Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or table service is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
