We are looking for exceptional, highly experienced plumbers to join our growing London operation.
This opportunity is aimed at professional, customer-focused engineers who are confident working independently, take pride in the quality of their work and have the experience and commercial ability to maximise every opportunity.
Earning Potential
Expected annual earnings: £150,000–£180,000
This is a high-earning opportunity for experienced engineers who are motivated, organised and capable of delivering consistently high standards of workmanship and customer service.
What We're Looking For
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 5 years' professional plumbing experience
- G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing and hot water systems
- Experience carrying out repairs, installations and remedial works
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A professional appearance and approach
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs effectively
- Full UK driving licence
Heat pump / renewable heating experience or qualifications would be a significant advantage.
The Role
You will attend pre-booked customer appointments across your designated London area, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and installations, and providing customers with professional recommendations where further work is required.
We are looking for engineers who understand that being an excellent plumber involves more than technical ability. You must be able to communicate confidently with customers, explain solutions clearly and deliver a premium level of service from arrival through to completion.
Vehicle
Engineers may use their own suitable professional vehicle.
Alternatively, a fully equipped company-branded van can be supplied, subject to an agreed van rental fee.
