We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professional to join our team in a varied role supporting the smooth running of our busy pub, restaurant, events, and accommodation operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and would like to develop their experience within a well-established hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
- Helping to ensure guests receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome
- Supporting the team during busy services and helping maintain consistently high standards
- Assisting with the smooth running of daily operations across the pub and restaurant
- Helping coordinate service during busy periods, private events, and functions
- Supporting and encouraging colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
- Dealing confidently and professionally with guest enquiries and feedback
- Helping maintain standards across food, drink, cleanliness, and presentation
- Assisting with stock management and general operational tasks
- Supporting the wider management team where required
- Contributing ideas to improve the guest experience and the way we operate
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a busy pub, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
You'll ideally be:
- Confident, friendly, and professional
- Organised and able to think on your feet
- Calm and capable during busy services
- A positive team player who leads by example
- Hands-on and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take responsibility
Previous supervisory or leadership experience would be an advantage, but we're also interested in hearing from experienced hospitality professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career.
A personal licence is beneficial but not essential.
