An exciting opportunity to join the multi-award-winning residential sales team at Johnsons Property Consultants.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and personable Residential Sales Assistant to join our busy Evesham office. This varied role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
The role
Working closely with our residential sales team, you will help ensure our buyers and sellers receive a professional, friendly and responsive service throughout their property journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
- Registering prospective buyers and discussing their property requirements
- Arranging property viewings
- Following up viewings and providing constructive feedback to sellers
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Booking market appraisals and supporting new business activity
- Assisting with property marketing and preparing new listings
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM systems
- Supporting the wider sales team with general administration
- Helping to ensure the office is welcoming, organised and professionally presented
About you
You will be confident, approachable and comfortable communicating with a wide range of people. You will also be highly organised and able to manage several tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and positive manner
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good local knowledge of Evesham and the surrounding area
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
Previous estate agency, sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right person.
Working hours
This is a part-time position of 26.5 hours per week, including:
- Saturdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm
- The remaining hours worked across agreed weekdays
Some flexibility may occasionally be required to accommodate appointments and business needs.
