Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, confident, and personable Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a fully face‑to‑face role, engaging directly with customers to promote our products and services. You will represent the company with professionalism, build rapport quickly, and communicate clearly to drive sales. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to support conversations with a diverse range of households. Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers face‑to‑face at their doorstep, delivering clear and friendly information about our products and services
- Use effective communication and upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
- Handle enquiries in person with professionalism, patience, and courtesy
- Represent the company positively in all interactions, maintaining a polite and approachable manner
- Organise daily routes and manage time efficiently to meet targets and cover assigned areas
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales
Requirements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a strong advantage
- Excellent face‑to‑face communication skills, with the confidence to approach and engage customers
- Organised and reliable, with strong time‑management skills to plan and prioritise tasks
- Basic maths skills for handling simple calculations for pricing
- Experience in sales, customer service, or door‑to‑door work is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided
- A friendly, positive, and resilient attitude, with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
