Room Leader Wanted – Come and Lead the Fun!
Are you bursting with ideas, full of energy, and passionate about helping little learners grow? We’re looking for a warm, confident and creative Room Leader to join our nursery team and help make every day magical for our children.
About the Role
As a Room Leader, you’ll be the spark that keeps the room running smoothly, safely and joyfully. You’ll lead by example, support your team, build strong relationships with families, and create exciting learning opportunities that help every child feel happy, confident and ready to shine.
Position: Room Leader/Early Years Practitioner
Hours: 42 hours per week over 4 days (all year round)
Classroom: 3 year room

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a welcoming, playful and inspiring 3 year room.
- Supporting and motivating your team with kindness, confidence and great communication.
- Planning engaging activities that follow children’s interests and support their development.
- Building positive partnerships with parents and carers.
- Keeping children safe, happy and cared for throughout the day.
- Helping maintain a bright, organised and nurturing learning environment.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Are...
- A qualified early years practitioner with leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- A natural leader who can bring out the best in others.
- Friendly, fun, reliable and full of enthusiasm.
- Confident in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
- Passionate about creating special moments that children will remember.
- Have a love of the great outdoors!
And you:
- Hold a relevant level 3 or above specific Early Years/Childcare qualification which is listed on the DFE's qualification list
- Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirments
