Experienced 360 Machine Operator

Dandy's (Chester) Limited is looking for an experienced 360 Machine Operator to join our busy recycling, screening and manufacturing operation based in Chester.
This is a hands-on role operating a brand new Hyundai HX360A 36 tonne excavator within a fast-paced yard environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for feeding screening and processing equipment, loading vehicles, managing stockpiles and supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a brand new Hyundai HX360A excavator safely and efficiently
- Feeding screening and processing equipment
- Loading vehicles and managing stockpiles
- Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Assisting with general yard operations when required
- Working closely with the yard and production teams
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a commercial environment
- Valid 360 Excavator qualification/card
- Good understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
- Own transport to and from work
Desirable
- Experience within recycling, aggregates, waste management, quarrying or similar industries
- Experience operating other mobile plant machinery

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
