We're pleased to offer three fixed-term opportunities to join our dynamic and fast-paced Compliance Case Coordinator team.
This is a vital role in helping Platform meet its responsibilities under Awaab's Law while delivering an excellent customer experience for damp, mould and condensation (DMC) cases.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day case activity, coordinating inspections, liaising with customers, and ensuring all data, documentation and actions are captured accurately and within statutory timescales.
It's a varied role where you'll work closely with surveyors, contractors, the Case Team Leader and Manager to ensure customers receive a safe, timely and well-communicated service from their first report through to resolution.

Some things we need from you:
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
Excellent communication skills, able to explain information clearly and professionally.
Experience supporting complex casework, related to Awaab's Law, HHSRS, Disrepair or similar frameworks.
Experience coordinating and monitoring cases to resolution within statutory or contractual timescales
Ability to analyse information, identify trends, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Strong customer service background, including handling sensitive, vulnerable or high-risk cases.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to occasionally travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings and training as required.
