SolarFrame Direct is Yorkshire’s leading manufacturer, distributor and installer of home improvement products. Our extensive product range includes uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, composite doors, conservatory roofs, complete conservatories and Garden Studios.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Showroom Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis, working 22 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The successful candidate will be confident, approachable and able to represent the SolarFrame Direct brand professionally while engaging with customers and showcasing our products. Some flexibility will be required to provide weekend cover when needed, which may occasionally include Bank Holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and creating a friendly, professional showroom experience.
- Booking survey appointments for visiting customers.
- Providing excellent product and brand knowledge in a confident and engaging manner.
- Demonstrating our products and helping prospective customers understand the options available to them.
- Working with the showroom manager and wider team to achieve and exceed showroom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Using technology confidently to enhance the customer experience.
- Managing and maintaining a customer and visitor log using an Apple iPad and reporting results electronically.
- Answering telephone enquiries, providing directions to the showroom, booking appointments and taking messages.
- Maintaining high showroom standards, including cleaning, dusting and ensuring room sets and displays are presented to a high standard.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
