About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the Sandicliffe brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service.
- Managing bookings for vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Explaining service and repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Liaising effectively with Technicians, Workshop Controllers and customers.
- Keeping customers regularly updated on the progress of their vehicle.
- Preparing accurate job cards and service documentation.
- Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.
- Ensuring customer concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Helping to achieve departmental targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, professional and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of customers.
- Good administration and IT skills.
- Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience within customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar customer-focused role is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
