WE4U Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of the company across IT consultancy, PCB designing, mechanical modelling, product development, engineering services, and professional training solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, increasing company revenue, and promoting the company’s technical and consultancy services to businesses in the UK and international markets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, lead generation, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company’s services including PCB design, mechanical CAD modelling, embedded systems, IT consultancy, product development, and engineering training programs.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers and business partners.
- Work closely with engineering, technical, and management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Attend business meetings, trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development progress.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Support marketing campaigns and assist in promoting company services through digital platforms and business channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UK business regulations.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, engineering solutions, or technical consultancy services is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
This role may qualify for sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker route subject to meeting the relevant UK Home Office eligibility and salary requirements.
Pay: £29,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
