At The Little Door & Co, we create apartment-style spaces where guests feel like they’ve walked into a friend’s home — relaxed, cared for, and ready for an unforgettable night. We are late night driven and like to think we host the best house parties in London. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our team on shift, keep everything running smoothly, and make sure that feeling of warmth and welcome never slips.
The Role
You’re the person everyone turns to. You're the person who maintains our standards late into the night (and sometimes well into the morning). A leader, a host, a problem solver and a calm presence in the room. You’ll oversee both bar and floor, champion our standards, and make sure guests feel safe, happy and looked after from the moment they arrive.We’re looking for someone who:

Pay: £42,500.00-£45,000.00 per year
