Job description:
What you'll be doing;
- Liaise with clients such as NHS, Local Authorities and private patient / service users
- Provide quotes and process bookings for ambulance transport & other transport services, both pre-planned, same day and urgent requests
- Allocate and dispatch ambulance crews to meet the operational requirements of the business and its clients
- Using telephones, radios and Computer Aided Dispatch Systems to communicate with operational ambulance crews
- Providing customer services to clients
- Supporting operational teams with scheduled reports
What we're looking for;
- Good communication skills communicating with people of all levels specifically including drivers and frontline employees
- Ability to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace working with a quality management system e.g. Experienced IT Skills, MS Office and the ability to adapt to implementation of new systems.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work on own initiative.
