Front of House & Customer Service
As Gorbals Tyre Centre continues to grow, we're looking for someone special to become the friendly face of our business.
This isn't just a receptionist role.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and can help keep our busy garage running smoothly.
If you're calm under pressure, organised, welcoming and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
Your role will include:
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Booking vehicles into our diary.
- Processing payments and invoices.
- Keeping customers updated on their vehicles.
- Responding to social media and website enquiries.
- Keeping our reception clean, organised and welcoming.
- Supporting the workshop so our technicians can focus on what they do best.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service skills.
- Is confident speaking on the phone.
- Is organised and able to multitask.
- Has good computer skills.
- Remains calm in a busy environment.
- Takes pride in creating a fantastic experience for every customer.
- Enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Previous motor trade experience isn't essential. A positive attitude, patience and a genuine passion for looking after customers are far more important to us.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: From £27,500 per year, depending on experience.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
