We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' appearance and confidence through expert beauty treatments. This role involves delivering high-quality services in a welcoming environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall success of our beauty salon.
Duties
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including skincare, facials, waxing, and specialised therapies
- The following qualifications are an advantage Hd brows ,Dermalogica ,Intimate waxing ,Lash lifts .
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service by upholding Citrus Rooms relaxing and professional 5 ⭐️ atmosphere
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing professional development ,bring fresh ideas and vision to the Management team
Qualifications
- Proven shop floor experience as a Beauty Therapist & a professional/ insurable beauty qualification
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong team player
- Ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs and provide tailored advice
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety standards are maintained
