We are looking for dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to our health care clients across Test Valley and Hampshire.

You'll build meaningful relationships with our clients while providing them with excellent support to their customers to enable the customers maintain dignity, independence and quality of life.

About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant or Care Support Worker, you will undertake and strictly follow our client’s instructions required to provide their customers the required support as directed and within the deployed location.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with dressing and grooming
- Medication reminders and support
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping duties
- Shopping and community outings
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Recording care activities accurately
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undertake training
- Ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Previous care experience
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- DBS checked.
