We are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to join our residential care home.
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and motivated manager who can lead our team and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care for our residents.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care home,
including:
Leading, supporting and developing the care team
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care
Maintaining CQC and regulatory compliance
Safeguarding and promoting residents’ health, wellbeing and dignity
Managing care plans, risk assessments and medication processes
Completing audits and quality assurance checks
Managing incidents and implementing appropriate actions
Working effectively with families, GPs, social workers and other professionals
Supporting staff supervision, training and performance
Promoting a positive and supportive culture within the home
We are looking for someone who is an experienced and confident leader with a genuine passion for providing excellent residential care.
Familiar with QCS,PCS (care plan and risk assessment)and Camascope
Should have strong communication and organisational skills and be able to lead a team effectively.
Previous experience in a senior management role within adult social care is highly desirable.
Knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS and care standards is essential.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
