JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. This position involves resolving customer issues, providing information, and ensuring that the organisation’s customer service values are upheld.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick customer orders accurately using the WMS / scanning system.
- Follow wave and priority instructions from the Outbound Manager.
- Pack picked orders securely and accurately for dispatch.
- Check picked and packed items against the order to confirm accuracy.
- Print and apply dispatch / address labels correctly.
- Ensure goods are packed to protect them in transit.
- Move completed orders to the packing area and onwards to the goods-out / dispatch area.
- Report stock shortages, location issues, discrepancies, or damaged stock.
- Support cycle counts and keep pick faces and the packing area clean, tidy, and safe.
- Any other reasonable task assigned by your line manager.
ROLE REQUIREMENT:
- Warehouse picking experience an advantage (training provided).
- Confident using handheld scanners.
- Accurate, quick and reliable.
- Able to work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
