- Nights: Mon-Fri 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule: (12-hour shifts)
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Front line Door Supervisor to join our security team in the Bury St. Edmunds area.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and control access to designated premises, ensuring compliance with security protocols.- Provide a visible security presence and deter potential security threats.- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.- Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or emergencies, providing support and assistance as needed.- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and management to ensure a cohesive security operation.- Uphold a professional demeaner and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:- Valid SIA Door Supervisor license.- Previous experience in a security role is preferred, particularly in frontline positions. Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
