Your new role
Management of the maintenance department to include recruitment, project planning, contractor selection and reviewing suitability of process and equipment for future company needs. This is a role delivering future growth and ensuring the team deliver safe working practice and efficient maintenance of all site assets.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in planning and managing a multi-skilled team, production environment projects, an understanding of audit and safety in such an environment and ability to deliver improved OEE and efficient
