Job Summary
We are seeking 2 skilled Class 1 HGV Driver's to join our team. The successful candidate's will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Drive trucks with various capacities to deliver goods to different locations
- Load and unload cargo
- Follow safety regulations and traffic laws
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving
Skills
- Proficient in driving large vehicles
- FORS trained
- Experience with flatbed / Low Loader trailers is advantageous
- Chaining, Strapping, Roping and sheeting
- Possession of a valid commercial driving license
