We’re looking for a creative, confident, and ambitious Social Media Manager to help grow our online community, tell our story, and become a key voice of the brand.
About the Role
You will own our social media presence, with Instagram at the heart of your strategy while helping us grow across TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves social media, enjoys creating content, is comfortable in front of the camera, and wants to build something meaningful with a fast-growing brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow our social media channels on a daily basis, with a primary focus on Instagram.
- Plan, create, film and publish engaging content, including Reels, Stories, posts and Live sessions.
- Confidently appear on camera when required, representing the Tooth Fairy brand.
- Build and nurture our online community by responding to comments, messages and engaging authentically with followers.
- Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Identify trends, viral moments and new content opportunities to keep our channels fresh and engaging.
- Reach out to creators, influencers and brands to develop collaborations and partnerships.
- Attend occasional events, clinics and photoshoots to capture behind-the-scenes content.
- Work closely with our dentists and marketing team to turn clinical expertise into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Plan and deliver competitions, campaigns and promotional activity.
- Monitor performance across channels and produce regular reports with recommendations for growth.
- Continually bring fresh ideas that help grow our audience, engagement and brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience growing a social media account, either professionally or personally, with evidence of strong engagement and audience growth.
- At least 1 year of social media marketing experience.
- Experience in community management and building genuine relationships with audiences.
- Confident and comfortable presenting on camera.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content for social media.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
- A creative eye for photography, videography and storytelling.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content or campaigns (required).
- Based in the UK and available to work Monday to Friday.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Salary: £28,000 per year + performance bonus
- Education: A-Level or equivalent preferred
- Graphic Design Experience: 2+ years preferred
- Social Media Marketing Experience: 1+ year preferred
