THE OPPORTUNITY:
We a looking for an experienced Valuer to join our Agency team in Barnard Castle covering the County Durham area. You will be exposed to a wide range of properties, undertaking viewings, valuations, finalising marketing reports and enhancing photography skills. This exciting role will set a new challenge to an enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is able to work both in a team and on their own and has great drive with a passion for property.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
▪ To provide accurate and reliable market appraisals
▪ Formulate well-reasoned market appraisals backed up by comparable evidence
▪ Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards
▪ Ensure a high-quality service in all day to activities
▪ A high conversation rate on all valuations and instructions
▪ Produce high quality sales particulars and marketing material
AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL:
▪ Have previous experience in market appraisals
▪ Have a confident personality with excellent communication skills
▪ Have a proven and quantifiable track record of achieving targets
▪ Be self-motivated, organised with a pro-active approach and maintain an outstanding professional and customer service focused approach
▪ Have strong sales and negotiation skills
▪ Have excellent client care skills and attention to detail
▪ Have the ability to work in a fast-paced team, prioritising workload and working alongside other members in the team across the business
