A growing appliance sales and repair business based in Edgware is looking for a highly motivated Sales Person / Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Selling appliances and services confidently and professionally
Providing excellent customer service
admin duties and working with CRM tools (invoicing, bookings, records)
Managing and posting on social media platforms
Using computer systems for daily operations
General office and sales support tasks
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (this is the most important skill)
Confident speaking with customers and closing sales
Good computer skills
Comfortable using social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Well organised and reliable
Highly motivated with a positive attitude
Sales or admin experience is an advantage (but not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
