- Maintain organized records of appointments, meetings, and office supplies inventory.
- Support scheduling of meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Assist with data entry, filing systems, and basic administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Skills
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism.
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to handle varied office duties confidently.
