We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team at Play Off.
This isn't your typical bar job. Alongside serving drinks and delivering excellent customer service, you'll help customers enjoy our state-of-the-art golf simulators, interactive sports games, and entertainment experiences. If you enjoy sport, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for customers, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
· Delivering outstanding customer service from arrival to departure.
· Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
· Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue.
· Assisting customers with golf simulators and interactive sports games.
· Providing basic guidance on simulator operation and game selection.
· Supporting the delivery of events, competitions, leagues, and private bookings.
· Promoting venue activities, offers, and experiences.
· Ensuring all customers enjoy a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
· Working as part of a team during busy sporting events and peak trading periods.

· Experience in a sports bar or entertainment venue.
