Senior Physiotherapist | 3 Days a Week | Real Autonomy, Real Influence
Private MSK Clinic | Peacock Pain & Injury Clinic, Mold, Flintshire
Employed | Permanent | Part-Time (22.5 hrs/week) | Start: Autumn 2026
Imagine a physio role where your judgement is trusted, your caseload is yours to shape, and you're not just another number on a rota.
At Peacock Pain & Injury Clinic, we're looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join us for 3 days a week — someone who wants excellent hands-on clinical work and a genuine say in how the clinic grows.
Why this role stands out:
This isn't a "fill the hours" job. Alongside your clinical caseload, a couple of hours a week are built in for supporting training and onboarding, shaping clinical standards, and helping decide how the practice develops — it's part of the role's structure, not extra work on top. We're also at an exciting stage of growth, with real opportunities to shape where the clinic goes next.
What you'll be doing:
- Assessing and treating a range of MSK conditions independently
- Delivering hands-on treatment and rehab-based care with clear, measurable plans
- Educating patients on long-term management, not just quick fixes
- Supporting team training, onboarding, and recruitment
- Helping shape clinical standards and clinic processes
What you'll get:
- £20–25 per hour, depending on experience and contribution
- 22.5 hrs/week to start, with real opportunity to grow your hours as we grow
- Funded CPD and genuine support to develop your specialism
- Salary/rate progression based on performance, not just tenure
- Paid annual leave, pension, and a team that actually has your back
- A structured patient journey — so you can focus on outcomes, not admin chaos
Is this you?
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist, strong MSK experience (3-4+ years considered if your skillset's right — don't rule yourself out on years alone)
- Confident working independently with sound clinical reasoning
- Excellent communicator who builds real relationships with patients and colleagues
- Ready to take on responsibility beyond the treatment room
- The ability to work in the UK — we cannot offer sponsorship
Desirable:
- APPI (or equivalent) trained, able to teach classes
- Previous experience working in private practice
