We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking Kitchen Leader to join the team in John Lewis, Stratford (Westfield), to lead and support the kitchen team on a daily basis.

Hours: 30 hours per week (working any 5 days in a 7-day period)
Hourly rate: £15.50 per hour
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the kitchen and back-of-house team to success

Place orders and managing stock effectively

Working closely with the General Manager to support training and development within the team

Ensuring all company procedures, food safety standards and policies and consistently followed

Driving high standards of food quality, cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Kitchen Leader or Team Leader

Excellent management skills

Team player, leading from the front

Great organisational skills
