Thompson Independent Traders (TITL) is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our operations team at our Station Road site on a full-time, permanent basis. As we continue to outperform expectations and scale our award-winning independent bottling business, we need a reliable pair of hands to help manage our warehouse operations and get our spirits out to our global community of enthusiasts.
The Role
You will be right in the thick of our production and warehouse processes, ensuring every release moves smoothly from our bonded facility to our customers worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Bottling & Labelling: Working on our bottling line to fill, cork, seal, and label our latest unique releases to our exacting standards.
- Stock & Warehouse Management: Assisting with daily logistics, goods-in, stock organization, and inventory tracking in our bonded warehouse facility.
- Facility Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe to support an efficient production line.
The Details
- Location: Dornoch (Station Road Site)
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
- Environment: A supportive, fast-growing team in a world-renowned independent bottling and distilling business.
- Training: Full training provided - no previous whisky experience needed!
Who You Are
- A local resident (or someone with permanent local accommodation) looking for a reliable, long-term full-time role.
- Physically fit and comfortable on your feet — bottling and warehouse work is active, hands-on labour.
- Close attention to detail.
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.
- Computer literate with basic familiarity with spreadsheets/data entry.
Nice to Have (but not essential)
- Forklift experience or licence (a huge plus!)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production role
- Clean driving licence
