Bailey Earthmoving & Logistics is expanding and we’re recruiting talented internal and external Sales Managers to join our growing team!

Based in central Derby, we operate across the East Midlands & South Yorkshire. We are currently expanding into Yorkshire. We run a modern fleet of 8‑wheeled tippers, grab lorries and road sweepers.
We also have our very own aggregate recycling facility in Derby.
In this role you will help manage our established client base while driving new business in muck away & aggregate sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Muck Away / Aggregate Sales
- Strong understanding of the UK Aggregate and Construction Markets and associated products
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a competitive sales environment
- Proven track record of working to targets and achieving sales goals
- Full UK driving licence
- Computer and phone literacy
