We are searching for a highly organised and details administrator to join our small but busy team at our head office in Kimbolton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across various operation departments, ensuring smooth daily running. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong operations experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to a professional and fast-paced environment.

Location: Head Office in Kimbolton
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office based.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience.
Main Purpose of the Job:

- Schedule production jobs and raise work orders through our ERP system.
- Coordinate production jobs and manage the production capacity planner.
- Liaising with the sales team on lead times.
- Carry out daily meeting with the production heads to ensure all jobs are communicated clearly.
- Liaise with production heads in regard to any issues with jobs.
- Create and provide job packs for each relevant department.
- Raising purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers.
- Expediting purchase orders.
- Assisting in stock management - This will include some hands on stock management, labelling and counting as we work with a mostly manual system.
- Manage courier and delivery issues.
- Raising any issues with the Operations Manager.
- Help keep things running smoothly by maintaining organised workflows, supporting company standards, and assisting the Operations Manager.
Essential Skills Required:
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Experience in planning and mult-tasking
- Competent with Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working with ERP systems
- High attention to detail
- Ability to liaise at all levels
- Strong communication skills

This is a full time and permanent position based on a 37.5hr week. Monday to Friday.
