Move South Ltd are a team made up of 30 Your Move and Reeds Rains branches across London, Kent & East Sussex. We are looking for a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic Lettings team in Bromley, and become part of our Move South team. This branch is a great place to develop your skills and grow in your career!
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be working within a fantastic team in a well established business in the local area.
You will be responsible for facilitating the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcasing available properties to tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients including both landlords and tenants
- Managing leads and enquiries effectively to maximise opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in lettings or property
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- IT Literacy
- Full UK driving licence is essential
