HGV / PSV Technician – Wrexham

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV / PSV Technician to join a well-established private coach company in Wrexham.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 10-hour day shifts
- Every other Saturday – half day
The salary is particularly strong for the Wrexham area and reflects the working pattern, including the longer weekday shifts and alternate Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair HGV and PSV vehicles
- Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete repairs to a high workshop standard
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and compliance requirements
- Accurately complete job cards and service records
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician, PSV Technician, Bus Technician, or Coach Technician
- Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
