Turbo Driving are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a well-established Retail client based in Hemel Hempstead.
We are looking for drivers to work on a rota of any 5 out of 7 shift pattern.
Start times 11:00 - 18:00.
Pay Rates:
Monday to Friday (0600 - 2200) £20.04 per hour. (£22.45 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Sunday to Thursday (2200 - 0600) £23.04 per hour (£25.82 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Friday (2200 - 0600) £25.04 per hour. (£28.06 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Saturday (0600 - 2200) £23.04 per hour (£25.82 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Saturday (2200 - 0600) £27.59 per hour. (£30.92 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Sunday (0600 - 2200) £25.04 per hour. (£28.06 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Bank Holiday £40.08 per hour. (£44.91 per hour inclusive of holiday pay).
Duties:
- Make on time deliveries
- Trunking to other depots (nights)
- Store deliveries (days)
- Box trailers
- Weekend work
- Occasional double team work
- Communicate effectively with the transport team
- Abide by driving rules and regulations
- Follow Company policies and procedures
- Drive a Class 1 Vehicle safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK Category CE licence for a minimum of 12 months
- Have 12 months experience driving Class 1 Vehicles
- Hold a valid UK CPC Card
- Hold a valid UK Digi Card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No major endorsement codes
- Good communication skills
- Availability to cover weekend work
