Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspect of joinery repairs
- Complete multi-skilled works for general repairs including but not limited to plastering, electrical works
- Undertake work associated damp and mould remediation
- Remove and replace damaged materials including skirting, doors, kitchen units and boxing
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally to a high standard
- Accurately complete job sheets and records using handheld devices when required
What we are looking for
- Previous experience within social housing
- Skilled in joinery with additional multi trade experience
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Full UK driving license
