WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for five star hairdressers to join our Salon Partners team. If you’re the right one for us, you…
- Will possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in hairdressing.
- Will have at least 4+ years on the salon floor experience, either in a salon or serving private clients.
- Will be available to work 5 days or an agreed part time basis
- Will be passionate about your discipline and be obsessed with providing a 5* service.
SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE
- You choose your availability, we agree your hours in advance
- Our only requirement is that you are available to work within the salon hours full time or part time
SUPPORT
We do it all - you just provide a 5 Star hairdressing experience.
- Full support given in all aspects of the business
- Provide all products and equipment
- Marketing and Social Media posts stories etc
- Manage your calls, appointments and online bookings
- Manage your clients with email confirmations, text reminders and access to our App.
- We can assist you in managing your book keeping too.
- Forget the end of month Pay Day. Get paid daily and see your earnings in your own account so you can be keeping track of your own financial income.
- Added advantage is that all your earnings go centrally into your own bank account from every service you complete.
- Substantial Extras can be earned from cash tips - £5000 - £8000 per annum on average
- Income is higher than most salons due to our pricing policies.
- We provide free training from Wella educators that come out to us in salon and provide us with knowledge days to ensure that you are 5* ready and keep up to date with training and new up coming trends and techniques.
