Job Overview
Join King of Cotton warehouse team. Receive, pick, pack,send and store products according to company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks. Assist with loading and unloading of shipments. Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organised, and adheres to health and safety regulations. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required. Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Duties
- Shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
- Moving, stacking, and organizing inventory in designated locations.
- Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean, tidy work environment.
- Dealing with deliveries, sectioning stock, organising and tidying the warehouse area.
- Unloading and moving stock with a forklift.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse or a similar role,
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, as well as forklift operations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Attention to detail, accurate picking and packing to prevent order errors.
The working hours will be from 8:45 am till 4:45 pm Monday-Friday.
Driving Required : Yes and driving licence is a must have.
A forklift license would be an added advantage for the applicants but not mandatory. Applicant needs to be reasonably fit for the job role will involve some amount of lifting.
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
