We are currently seeking SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many guests, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining firm control of venue access and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing venue entry and exit points
- Conducting searches and ID checks as required
- Monitoring crowd behavior and diffusing incidents professionally
- Enforcing venue policies and licensing laws
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with emergency services when necessary
- Writing detailed incident and shift reports
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliability, punctuality, and team spirit
- Experience in security or customer-facing roles is preferred
- First Aid training (desirable)
