The Opportunity
As a Spa Experience Coordinator, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet and one of the last they’ll remember.
You’ll help guide guests throughout their Spa journey, making sure every detail is just right—from the moment they arrive until it’s time to say goodbye.
Whether you’re welcoming honeymooners, celebrating birthdays, recommending your favourite cocktail or simply making sure someone has a fresh towel exactly when they need one, you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences.
What Your Day Could Look Like
Imagine welcoming guests as they arrive for a day of relaxation, showing them around Good Spa Guide’s Best Spa in the North West and helping them settle into their experience overlooking Lake Windermere.
As the day unfolds, you might be chatting with guests about their treatments, helping celebrate a special occasion, arranging beautiful displays, answering enquiries, supporting colleagues or making sure every area of the Spa looks its very best.
As part of our Spa Experience Team, you’ll:
· Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
· Help guests make the most of their Spa experience by providing information, guidance and recommendations.
· Support reception by checking guests in, answering enquiries and taking bookings when required.
· Work closely with the wider Spa team to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.
· Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the Spa, paying attention to the small details that make a lasting impression.
· Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to create memorable moments.
· Assist with the delivery of seasonal experiences, promotions and special events.
· Act as an ambassador for Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa, helping create Amazing Experiences every day.

· Brings enthusiasm, positivity and a genuine desire to make every guest feel special.
· Has previous customer service, hospitality or Spa experience (although this isn’t essential—we’re happy to develop the right person).
