Supervising the day-to-day organisation and running of YMCA After School Club, including planning, monitoring and general running of each session, supervision and training of the staff/volunteer team, administration, and safety of the service working within the agreed policies and procedures of YMCA North Down.
Necessary experience:
Applicants must be 18 plus. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a paid or voluntary capacity of working in a Childcare setting, within the last 5 years.
Must hold a CCLD, or Playwork qualification at Level 5
or a teaching degree to be employed in this role
Level 2 or 3 cannot apply to a Supervisor position
