Supported Housing Worker – Bath OR Trowbridge
Salary: £26,200 Per Annum
Hours: 37.5 hours full time day shifts (night shift pattern also available)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Supported Housing Worker to provide person-centred support and housing management to adults experiencing homelessness. You will support residents with low to medium support needs to develop independence, build stability and work towards sustainable move-on. Working closely with partner agencies, you will help residents access appropriate services, manage risks and overcome barriers while contributing to the safe and effective running of the accommodation.
About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Supported Housing Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to single adults experiencing homelessness and living in supported accommodation.
You will support residents with low to medium support needs, helping them develop the skills, stability and confidence needed to move towards greater independence and sustainable accommodation. You will manage referrals, complete assessments, develop personalised support plans and provide practical advice and guidance tailored to each individual's needs.
Working closely with partner agencies, you will help residents access appropriate services and support, including those who may have complex needs or be in early recovery from drug and alcohol use.
About You:
- Experience supporting people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
- The ability to build effective, trusting relationships with clients and partner services.
- A person-centred and non-judgemental approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of safeguarding and the importance of maintaining safe environments.
- The ability to provide advice, information and practical support to people with a range of needs.
- The ability to work effectively with partner agencies and other professionals.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting clients and managing day-to-day responsibilities.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business purposes.
