We are looking for a highly organized and motivated professional to join our successful team in an administration and coordination role supporting Export, Sales, Service, and Warranty operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced multifaceted environment.
Position Title
Administration Executive – Export, Sales, Service & Warranty Coordinator (Contracts)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export documentation, shipping schedules, and customer communication.
- Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-up activities.
- Manage service coordination, scheduling, and customer support requests.
- Handle warranty claims, service records, and resolution tracking.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare reports.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and after-sales support.
- Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, International Trade, or related field.
- Previous experience in administration, export coordination, sales support, customer service, or warranty management is preferred – although, open for a dynamic individual with fast learning capability.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of export procedures and Dangerous Goods legislation / documentation will be an advantage.
