Based in the heart of London, our client is an outsourced sales and marketing company operating through face-to-face retail and event-based campaigns. They are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join their expanding sales division to represent non-profit clients.
Whether you are just starting your career or looking for a change, they offer client training and invites to upskilling sessions from the moment you start so no prior experience is necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
- Full-time equivalent availability (5 full working days per week)
- Communication: Fluent English and the confidence to represent national brands professionally.
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the London co-working hub daily for morning sessions.
- Transferable Skills: Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, care or admin are highly valued.
Your Day-to-Day
- Strategy & Client Training: Attend daily morning briefings and upskilling workshops at their London Hub.
- Field Representation: Travel to assigned event locations to act as the face of a brand.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with the public face-to-face, delivering clear product presentations.
- Problem Solving: Confidently handle customer inquiries and objections to ensure a positive experience.
- Sales & Administration: Support customers through the acquisition process and accurately complete relevant sales admin on a digital tablet.

Please Note
Successful candidates will be subcontracted directly to our client in London. This subcontracted opportunity provides flexibility and independence, while earnings are generated through a brand awareness fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives. You will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
