- Trainee Estimator
- Trainee Production Operative (Digital Print, Screen Print & CAD Cutting)
- Trainee Finishing & Packing Operative

TRAINEE ESTIMATOR – SUMMARY
Responsibilities include learning estimating, supporting customer enquiries, understanding materials and workflows, and contributing to project efficiency.
Ideal candidates are ambitious, detail-focused, proactive, and eager to learn.
TRAINEE PRODUCTION OPERATIVE – SUMMARY
A 6‑month rotation:
- Digital Print / CAD Cutting (3 months)
- Screen Print (3 months)
Ideal for hands-on learners who want technical skills and variety.
TRAINEE FINISHING & PACKING OPERATIVE – SUMMARY
Responsibilities include assembling 3D displays, building POS kits, packing, finishing, and quality checks.
Ideal for detail-oriented, practical individuals with ambition.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
