Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with patrons, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments as required.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and deliver excellent service.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
